The 2021 Numbers Are In!

2021, though a bit of a Groundhog Day situation for society at large, still proved an excellent year for Caskey & Caskey. We are so thankful for our community of sublime clients - the people who keep our agency going. And we’d be remiss to not mention our talented pool of realtors - the women and men who make dreams come true. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

In the more than 200 transactions between Caskey & Caskey realtors and clients, we accumulated $459,147,550 in total 2021 sales. That makes us #1 in the South Bay, an accomplishment we do not take lightly. The South Bay is home to some of the hottest real estate in LA, which is home to some of the hottest real estate in the world. To be the best in such an illustrious market feels incredible, not gonna lie.

Our highest sale of 2021 was the stunning 310 John Street in Manhattan Beach. This $11.2M home sold off-market, another indication that our realtors have their fingers on the pulse of this community, one step ahead of the game and always on it for their clients.
